Scholarship System for International Students (Degree Programs)

Our university operates various scholarship programs to support the stable academic pursuits and growth of international students. We are pleased to announce the revised scholarship system as follows. Eligible students are kindly requested to submit the required documents within the application period.

International Student Admission Scholarship (New Student Tuition Waiver)

Eligibility : New students admitted to international programs

Note : Applicants must submit proof of Korean language proficiency in accordance with the Ministry of Justice guidelines by the submission deadline, and the scholarship will be awarded within the scope of the budget allocated for the current fiscal year.

Scholarship for Foreign Students with Excellent Academic Performance

Eligibility : Current students excluding first-year students in their first semester and students in their final semester prior to graduation

Selection Criteria :
① Completed 12 or more credits in the previous semester
② No failing grades (F, FA) in the previous semester
③ GPA of 3.0 or higher in the previous semester

Payment Criteria :

Note: The scholarship is awarded to the top 1st and 2nd place recipients in each grade, regardless of the number of students.

Global Talent Recommendation Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria : Newly admitted students to this university who meet one or more of the following criteria and are recommended by the president

Qualifications :
① Students from financially disadvantaged families in their home country who are deemed to require financial assistance
② Students who have contributed to the development of the university's internationalization efforts
③ Students with outstanding academic performance
④ International students who have contributed to enhancing the university's image through external activities. Waiver amount: 100% of tuition fees

Scholarship System for International Students (Language Program)

The Korean Language Education Institute(KLEI) operates on a 40-day term, with four such terms throughout the year. Each term comprises of 160 hours, with 4 hours of Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing and Grammar each day, four days a week, from Monday through Thursday. Each term usuall runs between ten and eleven weeks, depending on the number of holidays within the term. The beginning and ending date of the academic year are as follows:
